The QMS stresses defect prevention and building quality in every step of the development process. The
system provides control at all stages, from data gathering
and requirements specification, to installation and maintenance. In
addition, the QMS facilitates qualified third
parties as partners in the process. All participating members of the company
are responsible for the quality of the organization's services.
The QMS, as documented and implemented, is intended to comply with applicable ISO 9001:2000 requirements. The BEST
CROSSMARK Quality Manager (BQM) is responsible for the proper and timely implementation of the QMS
to ensure continuous effectiveness.
